Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. If your item requires approval, a digital mockup will be sent within 3–5 business days for your review and approval. We will not proceed with your order without your approval of digital mockup.

Production & Shipping

Once your mockup is approved, your order will enter production and will ship within 3–5 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 days to arrive, depending on your location and the carrier.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns.
Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. Please review your mockup carefully before approving, as production begins immediately after approval and changes cannot be made once production has started.

However, if there is an error on our part, we will make it right to ensure you receive the correct product.
